I graduated with a degree in nursing. 8 months after graduation, I worked with AT&t internet services where I had to cater to customers in the US fixing their internet connections and sometimes their computers. We do up selling if the internet problem is caused by their computer or any devices they are using to connect to the internet and. I had to refer them over to a computer specialist because I just specialize in fixing their internet connection and a little bit when it comes to computers and routers then I moved to eBay UK where I had to help online shoppers and sellers. Sometimes big sellers on how to come up a better listing for their products. I worked as a level 2 agent. Clients in Dublin barged into my calls. We need more people that time since I was part of the pioneer group and because of the high potential that I got and the consistency of the quality of my calls; we became successful and became a large group. I’ve been very careful about the companies I’ve applied. When I saw the ad for this position I knew I found what I was looking for. What I can bring to this job is my 6 years of experience and knowledge on how to talk to customers and building relationships that along with my flexibility and organizational skills makes me a perfect match to this position.
