I have been in the call center industry for 10 years now and this basically present me with dealing and communicating with anyone in the world. Talking to people in different walks of life has harnessed this capability of mine to make every conversation into a more personal one. People I get to talk to over the phone helped me built a foundation of network ably in contact whenever they feel the need to just speak to someone. The important thing is that you are understood, and that they are heard. That is the communication bridge I set every time i connect.
